Refund policy

If for any reason the products you purchased do not meet your expectations, please let us know and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14-days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14-days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@soulviajewels.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Anna Tarmazakova, Im Blümert 46, 73431 Aalen, Germany.

You can easily request a return online through your personal account.

Just go to your "Orders" section, select the item you wish to return, and click "Return".

Once your request is submitted, we will send you detailed instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please do not return the goods to us with postage due. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you return the item with the recipient paying for it, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. This complies with §357 of the German Civil Code (BGB), which states that consumers bear return shipping costs if properly informed in advance.

If you are returning expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

It is not possible to process or drop off returns in person at our address.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.

Restrictions on the Right of Cancellation

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and processed your return and inform you whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
