Unless otherwise specified in the product description, shipping costs and estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before the order is finalised. The exact costs depend on the destination country and the weight of the order. No VAT charged according to § 19 UStG.
Delivery times are estimates, calculated in business days, and are not guaranteed. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by postal services, customs, or circumstances beyond its control (force majeure).
Dispatch is usually completed within 2 - 4 business days.
Processing Times
All of our jewelry is handcrafted in small batches in our atelier.
Processing times vary by product and are listed on each individual product page.
Orders placed on weekends or Germany public holidays will start processing on the next business day.
Please note that orders are not shipped on Sundays and German public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item in your order with the longest lead time.
Customs & Taxes
Orders shipped within the European Union arrive with no additional fees.
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country. Please check with your local customs office for more details.
